They align Sales and Marketing teams around impactful content and measurable engagement, enabling sellers to build unique buying experiences and continuously improve conversion rates. Sellers close more deals – faster – with them.
With dual-headquarters in Europe and the US, regional offices in London, Munich and Wroclaw, and remote hubs across the US and EMEA, they are powered by a diverse global workforce of more than 550 people. Their employee value proposition centres around impact, purpose and belonging. Their culture is based on flexibility, trust and setting people up for success. They foster inclusion, innovate for impact and never stop to raise the bar. They take serious care of our people but never take themselves too seriously.
The Kernel team develops foundational content management capabilities of their platform, on which their customers depend. This goes from diving into the intricacies of file formats for maximum fidelity format transitions to millisecond performance and powering real, visible ML/AI features such as transcriptions, likeness in documents and natural language search. They are passionate about quality and follow the “You build it, you run it” principle.
Their code is mainly written in Go, our IaC is written in TypeScript and our technology stack builds heavily on AWS (API Gateway, Athena, Aurora, CDK, ElastiCache, EventBridge, Fargate, Lambda, MediaConvert, S3, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, … – we use the right service for the right job).
