Having worked in recruitment for four years in Sydney, Australia, my husband and I came back to the UK and set up Ringstone in 2011, with a focus on international Rec2Rec.  We expanded into global markets such as the Middle East, Europe and Asia, placing in locations such as Bangkok, Singapore, Calgary, Houston, LA and New York, to name but a few, all from a humble little office in West Yorkshire.

Running the business for the past few years, my passion for emerging technology and the ever-increasing need for AI has grown and encouraged me to research this fascinating sector, which is rapidly changing the world in which we live.  And so was born our new and exciting technology recruitment brand, Ringstone AI.  We can’t know enough on the subject and regular reads include Wired magazine, MIT newsletters and numerous books such as AI Superpowers and The Future is Faster Than you Think.  My outdated obsession with Jilly Cooper and anything written by J K Rowling has sadly taken a back seat!

I specialise in Artificial Intelligence positions, ranging from Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, DataOps professionals through to Data Scientists and CTO’s.  We understand the need for businesses across all sectors to adopt AI principles now, or in the future, and we are here to assist with candidates, both on the research and practical front, to support this organic evolution.  First and foremost, we understand that the quality of data will help drive these processes forward, and are here to support our clients with these projects as best we can.

Of course, being a female business owner, I am passionate about helping with the gender pay gap issues and particularly with the Women In Tech movement, always interested to know how we can help anyone with concerns or ideas moving forward.
