After graduating from university with a degree in Media Makeup and Special Effects I wasn’t sure on what route to take with my employment. As i’m sure it’s the same for many people i just fell in to recruitment where I started my journey in Healthcare followed by Rec2Rec and currently within the Tech sector.

I would definitely describe myself as a creative and sociable person so when I thought about working in recruitment and in an office full time I couldn’t imagine it being a good fit however I have learnt it is quite the opposite. The social aspect of the job is what I love, building relationships with both candidates and clients is the best part for me and finding the perfect match between both.  Having worked in the recruitment industry (which is very male dominant) for a number of years, and realising there are similar obstacles within Tech, I’m a keen supporter of Women In Tech and really want to drive it forward.

Outside of work I love going out and meeting new people, I am a big foodie so cooking is also something I really enjoy as well an unhealthy obsession with monopoly, leading to a collection I can no longer store in my house. My biggest passion though is travelling and I intend to see as much of the world as possible.

I help companies build and grow Data teams recruiting for both perm and contract roles specialising in the following roles: Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Scientists and Data Analysts.
